No you can recharge your prepaid sim card according to your data usage.
No there is no restriction. You can use whichever network you feel best suits your needs.

For best results obtain a package with both data and calls as device uses data for GPS location as well as two way calling like a cellular phone. If they you are having connection issues, you are running out of airtime. We are working on a "running low on airtime" notification for your app.
PingMe uses a variety of technologies to locate and track the device whether indoors or outdoors. These are as follows: GPS and LBS, explained below:
TA space-based navigation system that provides location and time information in all weather conditions, anywhere on or near the Earth where there is an unobstructed line of sight to four or more GPS satellites. Default system when watch is outside.
Utilising the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) tracking utilises Location-Based Services that disclose the actual coordinates of a cellular phone, which is a technology used by telecommunication companies to approximate the location of a cellular phone, and thereby also its user (bearer). The device will communicate wirelessly with the closest cellular phone towers and using a system of interpolation determine the location of the device.
GPS: 5-15m default positioning system when outdoors utilising satellite technology LBS: 50-3KM utilises closest cellular phone towers for triangulation and positioning when the watch is indoors.
No, the PingMe is splashproof but not waterproof. Please don’t submerge the PingMe in any liquids, treat it like you would a normal cellular phone.
This depends on the GPS interval usage that you set up.
1. Tracking every 30 seconds: Fast positioning mode and standby time is 8 hours.
2. Tracking every 10 minutes: Standard positioning and standby time is 48 hours.
3. Tracking every 1 hour: Power saving mode and standby time is over 72 hours.

Bank Deposits - Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Our banking details will be provided upon checkout.
We'll deliver your Products to you as soon as reasonably possible (we aim for between 3 and 5 Business Days) after we've written to you accepting your order.
Yes, your PingMe comes with a two year warranty. Please ensure you retain your original receipt –whether digital or paper.
If we’re out of stock, we’ll still take your order and we will complete it as soon as possible, depending on lead times with our supplier. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
WARRANTIES, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Subject to clause 9.c, we'll send you replacement Products if, within 5 Business Days after we send you a Delivery Notice:
you write and let us know that your Products haven't arrived and our courier confirms that;
you return the Products to us and write and let us know that you are doing so because the Products:
delivered aren't what you ordered; or
the Products were damaged on delivery.
Subject to clause 9.c, if for 1 year after you order Products, you find that the Products are defective, please return them to us. If we find that the Products are defective, we'll replace or repair them at our cost or refund the price to you, on request.
Our warranties in this clause 9 don't cover:
wear and tear associated with normal use;
any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication or unauthorised repair;
any improper use, including any use not in accordance with any supplied Product instructions;
connection to an improper voltage supply;
any other cause which does not relate to a defect in the materials or workmanship.
If we repair or replace the Products in terms of clause 9.a or 9.b, we'll bear the risk and cost of returning them.
